The Fire & Ice Treatment is the ultimate recovery and wellness experience — combining the deep muscle-loosening heat of our infrared sauna with the powerful anti-inflammatory reset of a cold plunge. This contrast therapy technique has been used by elite athletes and wellness experts worldwide to accelerate recovery, supercharge circulation, and leave the body in a state of deep, natural balance. Done back to back, the alternating heat and cold create a pumping effect in your circulatory system — flushing toxins, reducing inflammation, and triggering an endorphin release that feels unlike anything else. What to expect: You'll move between the infrared sauna and cold plunge in guided intervals, finishing with cold to lock in the benefits. Your therapist will guide you through the entire experience. At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we deeply respect both our clients' time and our therapists' dedication. To maintain fairness and ensure optimal scheduling for everyone, we've established the following cancellation guidelines: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients seeking our services. Cancellation Fees: Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: Appointments running 15+ minutes late will need to be rescheduled and are subject to full payment due to the last-minute nature of the change. Punctuality & Scheduling: We pride ourselves on running on time to respect every client's schedule. Please arrive at your specified appointment time, as arriving early may mean waiting while we complete the previous session. Your therapist will be ready for you at your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full treatment duration.
