Your treatment begins with professional skin preparation using Dermalogica skin care products and includes microdermabrasion to gently remove surface buildup and dull, dead skin cells. Your facial is then customized with skin-specific care designed to replenish hydration, comfort the skin, and reveal a fresh, radiant appearance. What to expect: An extended, unhurried 80-minute experience on a comfortably heated treatment table with warm towels, customized skin care, microdermabrasion, a treatment mask, hydration, and relaxing facial massage. While your mask is applied, enjoy a soothing neck and shoulder massage, along with a relaxing scalp massage for an added layer of full-body relaxation. Best for: Dull or uneven-looking texture, surface buildup, roughness, and guests seeking enhanced exfoliation and a smoother, brighter-looking complexion. Please note: Microdermabrasion may not be appropriate for every skin type or condition. Your skin will be evaluated before treatment, and your service may be modified when appropriate.

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling. Appointment Reservations & Deposits A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness's cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment without penalty. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, your deposit will be refunded. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. No-Shows: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. A new $50 deposit will be required to reserve another appointment following a late cancellation or no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely and properly complete the service. In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Memberships, Packages, Gift Cards & Promotional Offers Appointments booked using membership credits, packages, gift cards/eGift certificates, prepaid services, or promotional offers are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the applicable session, credit, prepaid value, or promotional value. Gift cards and eGift certificates are non-refundable. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.
