At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we deeply respect both our clients' time and our therapists' dedication. To maintain fairness and ensure optimal scheduling for everyone, we've established the following cancellation guidelines: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients seeking our services. Cancellation Fees: Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: Appointments running 15+ minutes late will need to be rescheduled and are subject to full payment due to the last-minute nature of the change. Punctuality & Scheduling: We pride ourselves on running on time to respect every client's schedule. Please arrive at your specified appointment time, as arriving early may mean waiting while we complete the previous session. Your therapist will be ready for you at your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full treatment duration.
