Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling. Appointment Reservations A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-Shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Late Arrivals Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the service without impacting other scheduled appointments. In such cases, the full cancellation fee may apply. Prepaid Services & Promotional Offers Appointments reserved using gift certificates, memberships, packages, prepaid services, or promotional offers are subject to this same cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the prepaid service or promotional value. If the prepaid value does not satisfy the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may be charged to the credit card on file. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.
