Using professional Dermalogica skin care products, your treatment includes cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions as appropriate, a customized treatment mask, hydration, and finishing products selected specifically for your skin. What to expect: Settle into a comfortably heated treatment table in our serene, private treatment room while your skin receives personalized care. Your experience includes warm towels, gentle steam as appropriate, relaxing facial massage, and a soothing neck and shoulder massage while your customized mask is applied, followed by hydration and finishing skin care. Best for: Routine skin care, hydration, dull or tired-looking skin, maintaining a healthy complexion, first-time facial guests, and anyone ready for some well-deserved self-care. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling. Appointment Reservations & Deposits A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness's cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment without penalty. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, your deposit will be refunded. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. No-Shows: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. A new $50 deposit will be required to reserve another appointment following a late cancellation or no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely and properly complete the service. In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Memberships, Packages, Gift Cards & Promotional Offers Appointments booked using membership credits, packages, gift cards/eGift certificates, prepaid services, or promotional offers are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the applicable session, credit, prepaid value, or promotional value. Gift cards and eGift certificates are non-refundable. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.
