3. Appointments

Appointments are available by reservation only.

While we strive to accommodate appointment requests, scheduling is based on therapist availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the current Cancellation Policy published on our website.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in applicable fees. See below.

5. Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service times to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

The full service fee may still apply.

6. Memberships

Memberships are subject to separate Membership Terms & Conditions.

Membership benefits, pricing, renewal schedules, and cancellation procedures may be updated periodically.

Unused membership sessions may be subject to applicable rollover policies outlined in your membership agreement.

Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

7. eGift Cards & Gift Cards

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and retail products.

Gift cards:

Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
Are NOT refundable
Are not replaceable if lost or stolen
May not be resold without written authorization
Expiration dates, if any, will comply with applicable laws

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotional pricing, discounts, memberships, Groupon offers, and package pricing cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Prices displayed online may differ from temporary promotional pricing.

Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of:

Medical conditions
Injuries
Pregnancy
Allergies
Recent surgeries
Medications
Any condition that could affect treatment

Failure to disclose relevant health information may impact your treatment and safety.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling.

Appointment Reservations

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

More than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-Shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the service without impacting other scheduled appointments. In such cases, the full cancellation fee may apply.

Prepaid Services & Promotional Offers

Appointments reserved using gift certificates, memberships, packages, prepaid services, or promotional offers are subject to this same cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the prepaid service or promotional value. If the prepaid value does not satisfy the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may be charged to the credit card on file.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.
