Give your body the time it needs with an extended 80-minute Deep Tissue Massage designed for more comprehensive, focused care. Using slower, targeted techniques and firm-to-deep pressure as appropriate, your therapist works with areas of muscular tension while customizing the session to your comfort, preferences, and areas of concern. With additional time, your therapist can address multiple problem areas without rushing the rest of your massage, creating a more complete full-body experience. What to expect: An extended, unhurried session with focused therapeutic attention, a comfortably heated massage table, warm towels, soft lighting, calming music, and additional time to address multiple areas of concern while still allowing for overall relaxation. Best for: Persistent muscle tension, multiple areas of tightness, neck and shoulder tension, back discomfort, active lifestyles, and guests who prefer firmer pressure. Perfect for: Guests who need focused attention in more than one area or simply want more time for a thorough therapeutic massage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling. Appointment Reservations & Deposits A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness's cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. More than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment without penalty. If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule, your deposit will be refunded. Less than 24 hours' notice: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. No-Shows: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file, when applicable. A new $50 deposit will be required to reserve another appointment following a late cancellation or no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely and properly complete the service. In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Memberships, Packages, Gift Cards & Promotional Offers Appointments booked using membership credits, packages, gift cards/eGift certificates, prepaid services, or promotional offers are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the applicable session, credit, prepaid value, or promotional value. Gift cards and eGift certificates are non-refundable. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.
