Service Description

Mini Hot Stone will be applied to only the back & arms verses the full body. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we value the time of both our clients and our therapists. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone's schedules, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions: Cancellation or Rescheduling within 24 Hours: Clients who cancel or reschedule their session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee. No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Notification Process: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notifications can be made via phone call at 954-533-8646 & leave a voicemail. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that our sessions run smoothly and efficiently for all participants. *Appointments that are 15mins late will be required to be rescheduled & will be subject to full payment due to last minute cancelation.
