Cancellation Policy

At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we deeply respect both our clients' time and our therapists' dedication. To maintain fairness and ensure optimal scheduling for everyone, we've established the following cancellation guidelines: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients seeking our services. Cancellation Fees: Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: Appointments running 15+ minutes late will need to be rescheduled and are subject to full payment due to the last-minute nature of the change.  Punctuality & Scheduling: We pride ourselves on running on time to respect every client's schedule. Please arrive at your specified appointment time, as arriving early may mean waiting while we complete the previous session.
