Service Description

Mobile services are available within a 15 mile range from Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness.

Cancelation Policy

If you must cancel your session, we require at least 24 hours in advance notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, fail to show up, or arrive more than 15mins late after your scheduled session, you permit us to keep (50%) of the retail price of the service, not the sale price. If there is a balance owed to the client, it will be refunded minus the processing fees. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may be late. We will always do our best to accommodate your full time of service, but at times, this may not be possible. Your time may be shortened to avoid running into another client's appointment. As a courtesy to you & other Guests, we strive to start all of our sessions at their scheduled times. We will not be able to refund for services that you fail to properly cancel.
